Pasta with "egg in the nest".
Vegetables cut into a thin strips under the egg is like a nest of little bird, isn't it?
✴︎Ingredients (for 4 persons)✴︎
・Spagetti for 4 persons
・Cabage 1/2 pc
・Carrot 1/2 pc
・Potato 2 pcs
・Bacon 4 slices
・Garlic 3 cloves
・Solt and pepper according to your taste
・Olive oil
・Butter 2 tea spoons
✴︎Procedure✴︎
1. Cut all vegetables into a thin strips.
2. Cut the bacon into 1 cm wide.
3. Slice the garlics.
4. Cook pasta.
5. During cooking pasta, fry sliced garlic with olive oil and remove it from frying pan when the garlic become golden brown.
6. After remove the garlic, fry bacon and remove it from frying pan when the bacon fried become crispy.
7. Put all vegetables on the frying pan with garlic and bacon flavored olive oil (no need add olive oil) like a nest of little bird.
8. Put the eggs for each nest and add salt and pepper.
9. Steam and roast it in coverd frying pan.
9. After cooking pasta, fry it with butter, salt, and pepper.
10. Serve the pasta for each plate and put "the egg in the nest" onto the pasta.
11. Decorate garlic chips and crispy bacon.
It's easy and yummy! Smoller size of "egg in the nest" using quail egg is good for lunch box!!
