Tofu recipe, Part 2!

Today's Baon

・Rice with Furikake 
・Fried Tofu
・Sautéed thin strips cut potato and carrot, broccoli, curry flavor
・Scrambled egg with tomato, Chinese taste


Do you notice that I has prepared two Baons from yesterday. It is for my husband. He have to go to different office and he also bring the Baon 3 times a week!
So, I will try to cook more healthy food.

- Tofu recipe (fried tofu) -

[Ingredients]
☆Tofu, 1 pc 
☆Flour 2 tbsp

Marinating mixture
☆Soy sauce, 3 tbsp
☆Honey, 1 tbsp
☆Water, 3 tbsp
☆Black pepper, a little
☆Garlik, 2 to 3 cloves
☆Ginger, small pc

[Procedure]
1. Freeze the tofu. Don't open at that time. The color of the Tofu become brown, it is no problem.

2. Before cooking, de freeze the tofu. Cut the tofu into 1 to 2 cm.

3. Squeeze the tofu by hand to extract water.

4. Ground the ginger and garlic and mix with all ingredients of the marinating mixture.
Marinating the squeezed tofu 5 minutes.

5. Cover it with the flour and fry it.

These foods were lunch for my dauter and parents in law.
Only me ate different menu of lunch at the office.
